こんにちは！

横浜駅徒歩12分女性専用ボクシングジム「GOKIGENボクシングジム」会長の清水です。

オープンからまもなく2か月が経ちます。

徐々に多くの方に体験トレーニングにお越しいただけていて、本当に嬉しいです！

横浜駅徒歩12分の位置にあるのですが、場所が地下にあるため少し入りづらいのですが、、、

のぼりをいっぱい出して、目立たせています！

そのおかげで、少しづつ、「のぼりで気になったから！」というお客様が増えてきました！

ボクシングは普段、女性に馴染みのないスポーツだと思うので

まずは体験していただきたいです！

今日はありがとうございました。

最初のストレッチの段階からジワジワ汗をかき、お腹がプルプル…足がガクガク…。
これは30分もたない(;＞_＜;) って思ってました。グローブをはめてから楽しくなっちゃって、「え？もう終わり？」と思ってしまうくらい楽しかったです。
生まれたての子鹿のように全身がプルプルしてますけど、これは普段使ってない筋肉を使った証拠！と信じてます。
薄着の季節が来る前に ユルユルボディを引き締めよう！！と思いました。

スタッフの皆さんの笑顔に心もGOKIGENになりました～💕

 

友人の紹介から、ボクシングの体験させてもらいました。
格闘技好きの私は、テンションMAXで、楽しくて楽しくて！！！
スタッフの皆様がとにかく明るく気持ちの良い方達で、ストレス発散やトレーニング以外にも、学びがたくさんありました✨

ボクシングに来てる女性も、素敵な方々でガッツのあるエネルギー高い方達の集まる場所なんだなと思いました！

体験レッスンを受けさせていただきました。

「どこか気になるところはありますか？」「今の自分に満足していますか？」と聞かれた時、思わず「お腹」とか「体重をあと8kg落としたい」と答えてしまいましたが。。

本当は身体より「心」を何とかしたかったんです。日々の悩みに押し潰されそうになり、現実逃避ばかり考えていて。でも、そんな事をしても何も解決しないことは自分が一番よく分かっていて。。

すごくいいタイミングで、友達に声をかけてもらいました💖

ボクシングの体験をしてみて。
家型専業主婦としては、運動で自分の限界以上に挑戦する機会は、なかなかなく笑。「あと30秒～」と言われても、思いっきり長く感じ、苦しかった💨💨

でもでも、それに増して、とにかくとにかく楽しくて気持ち良かったです！！この楽しさ、気持ち良さを、言葉で表現するのは難しい😉✨

唯一、言えることは、帰り道。
何だか心が軽くなっていたのは確かです☀️
