私自身ボクシングは未経験で、レッスン後も｢まだまだ初めてだったし、きっと正しく体を使えていなかっただろうな…｣と思っていたのですが、レッスン直後から翌日にかけて腕、腹筋、背中、腰周り、足と本当に全身満遍なく心地よい筋肉痛がきて、文字通り全身運動をしたのだなと実感しました。
本当にトレーナーさんの指導が上手なのだと思います！
忙しい毎日だからこそ、あの一時間でこんなにも効率よく全身の筋肉にアプローチができるエクササイズはなかなかない気がします。
是非！これから自分のペースで続けてみて自分の体の変化を楽しみたいです😄

無料体験のレッスンを受けさせて頂きました。
50歳の初心者ですが、とても分かりやすく鏡でフォームを正して貰える事とめちゃめちゃ笑顔で褒めて貰えるので迷いが無く自信がつきます。動作を言ってもらった時に判断力が問われるわけなのでとても頭を使うのでついていけた時の感動は超ごきげんです！短時間で気持ちの良い汗をかけて楽しかったです。ウエストを捻る動作などダイエットに効果的だと実感しました。
またタオルやバスタオル、ウエア、アメニティなど揃っているのはとても有難いです。清潔なシャワールームもあり、いつでも行けて予定外のスキマ時間にも…って気軽な感じがいいですね。この体験で来年の目標が決まり会員になる事を決めましたよ(•̀ᴗ•́)و
