4歳からボールとバッドを持っていました！
そのまま、大学卒業まで野球を続け、
その経験を生かしRIZAPでパーソナルトレーナーとして活動。
その後、代表の誘いを二つ返事で答え独立。
生まれつき心臓が悪く2度の手術を行った経験があります。
そのため、ハードなトレーニングはあまりできず、
なかなかゴリゴリマッチョな体を手に入れることは出来ませんが、
その代わりに、皆さんの人生の質を向上させることのできるトレーナーとして、
『トレーナー界でNo.1』を目指しています！
